What is vitality and soul?    How is it? Where is it?

                       what should be  vitality and soul?

     The soul or vitality has been forbidden as a small     atom, (this soul is smaller than the atom of hydrogen?) So can there be any atom and molecule which can be smaller than the hydrogen in the shape or size of an atom or molecule but similar in strength or  it even more powerful or  influential? And the power emanating from it     works   as consciousness? So is it the enlightened     power?
      Meaning, the enlightened power comes out of the soul and the vitality, which flows throughout the body.

The measurement of soul and vitality in Hindu Sanatana texts is as follows: -

                          बलाग्रशतभागस्य शतधा कल्पितश्य च।
                        भागो जीवः स विज्ञेयः स चानन्त्याय कल्पते।।

                                                                                  ( श्वेताश्वतर उपनिषद ५,९ )

That is, if the front part of hair is divided into one hundred parts and then each of them is divided into one hundred parts, then in this way the measure of each part will be the perimeter of the soul. Therefore, the measure of the soul is equal to ten thousandth part of hair tip.The soul is present in the heart.

Therefore, it is the power of vitality that gives energy to this entire body. Only the soul or vitality saves the body from rot, as soon as the soul or soul comes out of our body, our body starts to rot. The soul also nourishes our body.

               प्राण अथवा आत्मा का क्या है? कैसी है?कहाँ है?

आत्मा को एक छोटे से अणु के तुल्य मना गया है, (यह आत्मा हाइड्रोजन के अणुओ से भी छोटा?)  तो क्या कोई ऐसा अणु  हो सकता है जो आकर में हाइड्रोजन  से भी छोटा  हो सकता है या उसी के सामान कोई अणु जो शक्ति में उसे भी ज्यादा अत्यधिक शक्तिशाली अथवा प्रभावशाली हो? और उससे निकलने  वाली शक्ति चेतना का काम करती हो? अतः वही चैतन्य शक्ति है? मतलब चैतन्य                                                शक्ति आत्मा और प्राण से हे निकलती है जो पुरे शरीर में प्रवाहित होती है।

हिन्दू सनातन ग्रंथो में आत्मा तथा प्राण का वर्णन कुछ इस प्रकार है:-

                                       बलाग्रशतभागस्य शतधा कल्पितश्य च।

                                     भागो जीवः स विज्ञेयः स चानन्त्याय कल्पते।।

                                                                             ( श्वेताश्वतर उपनिषद ५,९ )

अर्थात:- यदि बाल के अग्र भाग को एक सौ भागो में विभाजित किया जाये और फिर इनमे से प्रत्येक भागो को एक सौ भागो में विभाजित किया जाय तो इस तरह से प्रत्येक भाग की माप आत्मा का परिमाप होगा। अतः आत्मा का माप बाल के दस हजारवें भाग के बराबर है। आत्मा का केंद्र हृदय में बताया गया है।

अतः वह प्राण की ही शक्ति है जो इस पुरे शरीर को ऊर्जा देता है। आत्मा अथवा प्राण ही  शरीर को सड़ने से बचाता है, जैसे ही हमरे शरीर से आत्मा अथवा प्राण निकल जाता है वैसे हे हमरा शरीर सड़ने लगता है। आत्मा ही हमारे शरीर का पालन पोषण भी करती है।
