                                                             "अध्यात्म और धर्म"

मैं अध्यात्म और धर्म को सरल भाषा में समझने का प्रयत्न कर रहा हूँ , अध्यात्म और धर्म क्या है इनके उद्देश्य क्या है? ये क्यू बनाये गए? और हमरे लिए इनकी क्या आवश्यकता है और क्यों? हम इन सभी प्रश्नो के बारे में विचार करेंगे।

अध्यात्म :- अध्यात्म एक जरिया  है अपने आत्मा, चेतना को समझने का,अपने भीतर दैविक शक्तियों को जगाने  का, अध्यात्म एक साधना है, और मनुष्य साधक है, अध्यात्म एक मार्ग है जिससे ब्रह्मांडीय शक्तयो को पहचाना जा सकता है, उन शक्तयो को पाकर अपनी चेतना को जागृत कर जन कल्याण के लिए काम करना ही अध्यात्म है,अध्यात्म प्राणियों में सदभावना  का भाव एवं समस्त जन-जाति की रक्षा सिखाता है,अध्यात्म इन्द्रयों को जागृत करने का माध्यम है अलौकिक शक्तयो के पाने का मार्ग है, और ईस्वरीय रचना को समझने का मार्ग है एक मार्ग जो सत्य बताता है।

धर्म :-धर्म कुछ और नहीं बल्कि धर्म तो एक मार्ग ही है, जो मार्ग व्यक्ति को आध्यात्मिक बनाता है, हर धर्म का उद्देश्य ही होता है जन कल्याण और समस्त जन जातियों की रक्षा करना । धर्म का उद्देश्य ही होना चाहिए व्यक्ति को आध्यात्मि बनाना । अतः वह धर्म नहीं है जो व्यक्ति को को आध्यात्मिक न बनाये।
किसी भी व्यक्ति को वो मार्ग अथवा वह धर्म नहीं अपनाना चाहिए जो की उस व्यक्ति को आध्यात्मिक न बनाये। और धर्म के नाम पे लड़ना  तो
सही है ही नहीं क्यू की धर्म का उद्देश्य ही है आध्यात्मिक बनाना और आध्यात्मिक व्यक्ति धर्म के नाम पे  लड़ता नहीं है।

I am trying to understand spirituality and religion in simple language, what is spirituality and religion, what is their purpose? Why were these made? And what do they need for us and why? We will consider all these questions.

Spirituality:- Spirituality is a means to understand your soul, consciousness, to awaken the divine forces within you, spirituality is a practice, and man is a seeker, spirituality is a way by which cosmic powers can be recognized, by attaining those powers Awakening your consciousness and working for the welfare of the soul is spirituality, spirituality teaches the spirit of goodwill in the creatures and the protection of all life, spirituality sense The means of awakening them is the path to attain supernatural powers, and the way to understand divine creation is a path that tells the truth.

Religion: - Religion is nothing else but religion is a path, the path that makes a person spiritual, the aim of every religion is to save lives and protect all life castes. The purpose of religion should be to make a person spiritual. Therefore, it is not religion that does not make a person spiritual.
No person should take the path or religion that does not make that person spiritual. And fighting in the name of religion
It is not right, because the purpose of religion is to make spiritual and spiritual person does not fight in the name of religion.
